Upon qualification of the Relocation Assistance Program also known as RAP you may be provided with moving assistance funds and some extra time to relocate. Then three years after the relocation period; you may again qualify for the First Time Home Buyer's Program, down payment assistance, closing costs incentives and grants. We help prepare you for this program and follow up with you during your transition period.

All bidders will preregister and place a refundable escrow of $3,500 if they are not the winning bidder. The purpose of the escrow deposit is to ensure the validity of true ready, willing and able buyers or bidders.
